The UCC 1-308 form serves as an affidavit for the reservation of rights, allowing individuals to explicitly retain their rights under the Uniform Commercial Code. This form emphasizes that a party can perform or accept performance while simultaneously reserving their rights, ensuring that such actions do not compromise their legal standing.
